Are these FLORIDA LICENSE PLATES from the Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles?

No, these are not Florida License Plates from the Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles. They are plates designed by Collier County School students and are "VANITY FRONT-END ONLY PLATES" that can be attached to the front of the car.

What is the Collier County Tax Collector's responsibilities?

The Collier County Tax Collector's Office is, in cooperation with the Collier County Public Schools, Champions for Learning Foundation, Collier and United Arts Council of Collier County is a sponsor of this program, bringing business, students, families and government together to increase awareness and support artistic creativity in our community. No Tax dollars are used in this program.
