Items to Bring to Your CWIS Appointment

Please remember to bring the following to your appointment:

– Your Driver License
– Firearms Safety Training certificate or Hunter Safety card
– Payment of $119 (cash or check. Card payments have a $3 fee)

MILITARY – bring your DD214 showing Honorable Discharge, or Orders if Active Duty

LAW ENFORCEMENT – bring HR 218 or Retired ID or Letter from Sheriff

NATURALIZED US CITIZENS OR PERMANENT RESIDENTS -bring your Certificate of Naturalization or US Passport or Permanent Resident Card
